Daddy/Daughter night

Tonight was Daddy/Daughter night!! Chick-fil-a was hosting this special event, and Tony thought it would be super fun to take the twins! (By the way, Tony has taken up a second job at Chick-fil-a! He started about 3 weeks ago!)


They had all the tables decorated and the girls thought they were so big!

Awww......the girls got sweet flowers at the end. What a special night! Tony said they had a blast (and I know he did too!) What a wonderful daddy they have. They are blessed!

10 months

10 months old!

Here are some new things this month:

*crawling! (she loves her new found freedom!)
*pulling up
* beginning to cruise around furniture
*signs : dog, more, eat, baby, hi
*loves pat-a- cake and tries to clap her hands
* 19 lbs
*she got her first fever and a cold this past month :(
* Is officially in her "big girl" car seat!
*loves to eat these finger foods: avacado, banana, cheese, potato, pears, banana bread, pancakes and more!
*does NOT like her veggies :( Especially peas.
*crawls in your lap
*still sleeping great and taking 2 naps
*nursing 4 times a day
*dances to music
*enjoys throwing food off her high chair (sigh)
*celebrated her first Easter
* loves her swing daddy built for her!

Jillian had 2 Easter dresses this year. My mom found a really cute white one with pink flowers on it.....so sweet!!
(By the way....can I tell you how hard it is to take a decent picture of a crawling baby???? She would sit still for maybe a second and my camera is waaay to slow for that!)


The second one is a pale pink smocked dress. The twins actually wore this dress for their baby dedication. It's so sweet and I just couldn't resist putting it on Jillian too!

Weekend fun

This weekend was a beautiful one! Since we had Friday off, we went to a nearby school to play on their playground. The girls all had a great time! Of course, they had to bring their babies along and let them "play" too! (Kaitlyn in pink, Kennedy in white)

We played outside in the backyard a lot! They rediscovered their "summer" toys and played for hours! Sidewalk chalk was fun too! (Kennedy)


Scooter enjoyed the sunshine too! Silly dog!

And, of course, they played in their little play house outside.....they cook and clean and really have fun in there! (Kennedy)


The sand box was finally opened and you would have thought we had just brought it home for the first time. (I guess it's been so long since they played!) (Kaitlyn)
