Thanksgiving 2015

We had a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving this year!  We are so thankful for our girls and for the addition of baby Josie this year!!

All dressed in her Thanksgiving outfit! (Girls are so much fun!)

 Sweet baby face!
I put her down on her tummy and she stayed long enough to get a picture and then she promptly rolled over. :)
After trying to get some good pictures, we took off the tutu and let her just relax with Kaitlyn for a bit! Posing for pictures is hard work!
On Thanksgiving day, we went to my parent's house for a big meal. The girls were dressed so cute so we tried to get some pictures. I don't know how much longer they will be okay with dressing in "cute outfits" for the hoidays, but I'll take it for as long as they let me.

 Josie's first Thanksgiving!
 My honey!

Josie got to sit at the table with everyone, but she was getting sleepy.
She did a great job though!

Little bit played in her exersaucer while the big kids decorated.

Here are just some other pictures from our week off:
Josie has enjoyed chewing on "Sophie the giraffe"

Tony took the girls to Gallery Furniture and they discovered the HUGE table!

And Josie has been rolling over for a couple of weeks. (Tummy to back) I caught it on video. :)

This and that

On November 11, all the kids performed a song for our Veteran's Day program. Jillian is in the top right corner. :)

Love the red, white and blue!

Through the crowd I was able to see Kennedy singing her song (3rd graders)

Barely was able to see Kaitlyn, but got a bit of her!

Kaitlyn and her friend Amanda made a "homework machine" in class based on the book they have been reading.

Presenting their project
(This was just a fun activity to end the novel study of "The Homework Machine")

Last Friday was Kindergarten's Thanksgiving feast!
Jillian was excited to wear her "turkey dress".

The Seniors came over and read to the kindergartners and helped them make their pilgrim hats. So cute.

The feast took place at the end of the day.
Lots of yummy food and much to be thankful for!

Meanwhile, this little pumpkin pie is growing and changing each day!
She is loving her bumbo!
Jillian wanted to get under the playmat and play too!

I just wanted to snap one more picture of Josie in her rock n play and zipadee-zip.  I love leaning over my bed and seeing this each morning. I love having her by my bed. Transition to the crib is coming this week! Sniff.

We brought the exersaucer out for her to play in. Apparently she likes the one at Grandma's house better. She wasn't too thrilled to be in this one just yet.

At night we still get sweet snuggles before bedtime.
Josie was just waking up and just wanting to lay on daddy a little while longer.

A cold front blew in and out came the cute footed pj's. Love.

We had some friend's over who have a baby about a week older than Josie. They were adorable together! :)
 Levi and Josie
She talked to him the whole time!
 Holding hands! :)
Not too long after this picture, Levi began to cry and then Josie started crying when she saw him crying. So sweet and sad.
Monday morning playtime with cute pj's on.

Snuggles from Kennedy.
The girls sure do love their baby sister! We are all soooo excited it's Thanksgiving break!! We are taking it easy, enjoying family time and getting a little Christmas shopping in too!

I loved this pose! (Too bad the shadows were so dark on this picture)

 Our happy little girl!

Tummy time is still hard, but she is getting so much stronger.
This is what I got most of the time. Sucking on her hands. She loves those hands!

We go tomorrow for her 4 month check up! We sure do love our sweet little Josie!
