Our backyard Easter egg hunt/confetti eggs

After church and lunch, Tony hid all the eggs for the girls. Each girls has their own color to make sure everything is even. :)
Josie was not quite as interested in putting her eggs in her basket this time. She did like to shake the eggs though....

 "Hurry mom!!"

 Oh, look! Goldfish!

Hiding her basket in her playhouse

 All done for Kaitlyn!
 Kennedy's done!
After egg hunting, it was time to crack confetti eggs!  Tony and I were laughing because I'm sure a bunch of boys doing this would look very different from how it turns out at our house. (We hear lots of ow, ouch, oh, stop, and that hurts!)

 Jillian got Josie!

After that was all over they came in and opened up all their eggs! :)
Happy Easter!

Easter pictures

This may be pictures overload, but I wanted to include them all. (Actually, this isn't even close to being all of them, but I tried to pick my favorites)

Easter dresses are so much fun!!!

 Oh, so sweet!

Jillian really wanted a picture with just her and Josie, but at the point, Josie just wanted to be done with pictures. :) Ha!
This one is cute...the best one of the two of them. :)
 Church picture
There were no kids services this week so all of us sat together in big church. I think Josie loved having all her sisters with her this week!

Egg dying and Grandparent's day

The week before Easter was a short week at school due to Grandparent's Day and Easter break.  Grandparent's Day was on Thursday and it's a day devoted just to Grandparent's and special friends.  There are programs, class visits, food, book fair and lots of pictures. :)
My mom was able to snap a few shots of the girls during their programs since I was with my own class.

Since we had Friday off, egg dying was on the agenda!

They turned out really bright and pretty this year! :) They did a great job!!
