Celebrations!

Tony and I celebrated our 11th anniversary on June 14th. We went out to eat at Taste of Tx that night. Yum!!  We had a great time celebrating 11 years together. Couldn't be happier together!!

The next day, was Tony's birthday and Father's day. We had some gifts for him to open and I had scheduled a massage for him after church. We didn't have time to go out for a big lunch, so we grabbed a quick bite after church and sent him to his massage.  :) I did manage to snap one quick picture of Tony and his girls. My girls have the best daddy!!

Jillian is 5 years old

My baby turned 5 on June 10th.

We love her to pieces!

For breakfast, she requested a PINK donut with donut holes and fruit on the side.
( I love that she is holding on to the Apple TV remote just so her sisters won't get it from her!)

She got her gifts from us on her real birthday.

Elsa doll!

Anna doll

Tony and I were working at FBCA's summer camp and the kids got to go as well. They got to take fun classes like art, cheer, sports etc.  On Jilly's birthday, the director had the "campers" sing Happy Birthday to her.  She immediately covered her ears...I guess she was a little embarrassed. :)

She had her well check up.....
Little miss is 75% for weight and 95% for height!
I have one tall 5 year old!!

Happy Birthday sweet Jilly! We love you!!

Jillian's birthday party

This year, Jillian wanted a "Frozen" party. We tried to make the house look like cold and icy....

The set up

The party was at 4pm and our little birthday girl fell asleep before the party.  So much excitement and anticipation.

Overachiever

My 4 year old just lost her first tooth!!!

Jillian discovered that she had a loose tooth on Tuesday....and on Wednesday it was out!!  6 days before her 5th birthday. She was one excited little girl!!!

Field Day and Last day of school

Since  PK/Kindergarten gets out 2 days before the rest of the school, I was able to see Kennedy and Kaitlyn during their field day and end of the year party.

 Eating treats! (Kennedy, Kaitlyn)

 Limbo!  (Kennedy)

Kaitlyn ended up winning the limbo contest out of 1st grade! :) Woo hoo!
I was able to bring the girls McDonalds for lunch and I loved that I could do that for them.

After field day, they had their class party.
Kennedy signing t-shirts! Each child got a shirt that said "Class of 2025"

We love Mrs. Heitman (Kaitlyn)

The girls had a wonderful 1st grade year! Awesome teachers and sweet friends!!
So proud of their achievements! Both girls got straight A's all year and Kaitlyn made perfect attendance. :)

Kermit, Freddy and Froggie

Memorial day weekend was super fun because Aunt Dar and Uncle Lee came to see us! She wanted to take the kids out to get their birthday gift and the twins chose to get their ears pierced. We got all ready to get them done...... and.........

.....they changed their minds.  The anticipation of the pain was just too much. Oh well......
So what do you do? The next best thing, of course. You get tree frogs!!!!! Yes, tree frogs.

Really....they got tree frogs.  Kennedy's teacher has a tree frog in her class and Kennedy has been wanting one...
I can't believe I own frogs.

Jillian was so sweet and just loved all the pets at the store.  She had already picked out her birthday gift earlier from Aunt Dar...a Princess Sofia castle.

 Getting all the supplies

 Kennedy and "Froggie"

 Kaitlyn and "Kermit"

Jillian playing with one of the frogs...
She is so good with them.  A few days after we had the frogs home, Tony surprised Jillian with her own frog.....Freddie. So now we have three.

I'm getting used to them, but I let Tony handle all the care, crickets and holding.
But I have to admit, they are kinda cute. I love their permanent smile. :)
