Baby dedication, Jillian's baptism and Mother's Day

Mother's Day weekend was a big weekend for us!

Friday night we went to Olive Garden to celebrated Jillian's upcoming baptism.

Little bit did great all morning! She even got to wear shoes for the first time!

What an amazing day full of celebrations!!!

10 months

 Josie is 10 months old!!

Here is what Josie is doing at 10 months:

*still not crawling, but getting really close. 

*can sit up by herself from laying down.  This is her newest trick!

*gets on all fours constantly....just hasn't taken off yet.

*loves to swing and take walks outside

*signs dog and milk and she is working on eat, more and baby

*very content and happy little girl

*nurses 4 times a day. (We dropped a feeding) She now goes every 4 hours in between feedings.

*2 naps a day (Usually for 1 1/2 hours each time)

*sleeps with her paci, sleep sack and elephant 

*we lowered her crib!

*goes to bed at 6:30pm and wakes around 6 am

*enjoys her bath and toys

*loves music and loves Baby Signing Time

* says MAMA!!! That is the best!! 

*tries to say dog...it sounds like "daw daw"

*had baby dedication at our church on Mother's Day

*wore her first pair of shoes

*wears size 12 mo clothes

*size 3 diaper

*8 teeth

*loves her busy ball popper toy 

* loves balls

*drinks well from her sippy! She's a pro.

 Wow! Time is flying and I need to keep up!! Here are some pictures from the end of April. :)

 Jillian got a lip gloss making kit. Isn't she gorgeous?

 The girls fight over who gets to hold Josie...Kaitlyn was the lucky one today.

 Kaitlyn got to participate in our school's speech meet. 

 She got the top score of Superior!!! Yea Kaitlyn!!

 Tony brought out his art portfolio and all the girls gathered around to look at them. Even Josie! Too cute!

 Jillian went on her Kindergarten field trip on April 28.  We went to the zoo. It was quite hot, but everyone had a great time.

 She gets a big smile on her face and then starts taking them down one by one. So cute. We play this game every day. :)  I think she is an animal lover too.

A special visit!

 PawPa and YaYa drove their RV down and the big girls got to spend the weekend with them! Boy were they excited!!!

They had SUCH a great time. 

That same weekend, the twins went to see their good friend, Scotlyn, get baptized. Such sweet girls.

They had an amazing weekend and can't wait to do it again!!

9 months

 Josie is 9 months old now! Time is flying!

Here are a few things about Josie at 9 months:

20 lbs 4 oz (about 85%)

28 in (75%)

8 teeth (!)

Size 12 mo clothes

Size 3 diaper 

Sleeps from 6:30-6:00am each night

Naps 3x a day

Has to have her lovey and paci to sleep

Nursing/bottle every 3 hours with baby food in between

Loves fruit

Eating table food now (bites of banana, muffin, pancake, mashed potatoes etc)

Loves drinking from her sippy cup (water)

Enjoys puffs

Signs dog  and makes the noise for dog

Waves "hi" all the time

Loves to be outside 

Pat-a-cake is her favorite!! 

Plays peek-a- boo

Rolls, scoots, twists and turns to get anything she wants...... no official crawling.

Lifts arms to be held

Still enjoys her exersaucer
