December

December has been very busy and now Christmas is just a few days away.  At the end of November, I had a 5 day hospital stay for Kidney stones...not fun!  I ended up missing a week of school.  Our plumbing in our house broke and we had to spend the night with my parents .... but I think things are settling down a bit.

We decided to re-home sweet Lucy. We loved her, but we couldn't give her the time she needed. The girls are handling it pretty well at this point.

I think Scooter is very happy that she is gone. She has begun playing with her toys again and acting like her old self. (She had quit playing with toys while Lucy was here with us)

We took this picture right before she went to her new home. She is going to a really good friend of ours. They don't have kids yet and he goes running every day. They have already taken her to the dog park, take her on walks every day (or runs!) and I think she is in heaven!!!  It's a win-win!

Jillian got to go to Sweet and Sassy for the first time. She loved it!

Kennedy and Kaitlyn were invited to a cookie making party that same day.

The last day of school was the Christmas party for all the girls. They had fun dressing up.

Kennedy and Kaitlyn.....Kennedy was competing in a jump rope contest, so she didn't want to wear her cute outfit....she wanted to win!

One more of Kennedy! Having fun!

Kennedy is a really good jump-roper! She had the best time out of all the finalists going in to the competition. (24 min 40 sec). We were really hoping she would win!  But, I think nerves got the best of her during the competition.  (The whole school was watching and cheering!) We were still proud of her though!!

We visited Santa today! We thought we would be in and out, but ended up waiting an hour and 45 min at Bass pro. Next year, we will make sure to get our picture earlier in the month.
 Merry Christmas!!

November fun

November at school seemed to fly by! Kennedy and Kaitlyn attended an American Girl party at the beginning of November.  They had a wonderful time and had a blast looking around the AG store again.  Such a fun (and busy!) place!

 Kaitlyn, Payton and Anna Grace

 Kennedy and "Saige", her doll.

They ate and did all things American Girl. Perfect party for these girls!

November 11 was Veteran's Day. We had a special program at school.
Jillian is in the top left corner waving her flag. She was not a bit shy on stage!

The twins were harder to get a picture of (they were across the room from me).

Kaitlyn is on the 2nd row from the bottom in the middle.

On the last day before break, Jillian's class had their Thanksgiving feast.
She chose to be an Indian

It was during my lunchtime so I was able to sneak away and attend their feast. :)

So much to be thankful for!

A couple of weeks ago, my neighborhood had a garage sale. As my mom and I were driving around we came upon this street sign! How fun!

The next day, we went to the pumpkin patch

 Bright sun!

Last Friday evening was Trunk or Treat at our church. Jillian is going to be Batgirl for Halloween, but the twins have different costumes coming. For that night they were princesses.

They had live "Frozen" music going on! Amazing talent!
