Birthday parties, FUN RUN and 7th grade TX Tour

So many activities took place in Jan and Feb! Jillian went to a fun birthday party for her friend Ava....Urban Air, nails and dinner!
Josie had a Fun Run at school! So cute!
Miss Josie is so fun at 4.5 years old! She loves to ready her Bible, dress up and she isn't napping too much anymore...unless she falls asleep watching a show. :)
Making a volcano at school! :)

Kennedy and Kaitlyn went on their 7th grade field trip to San Antonio and Austin. They had sooo much fun!

Pajama day, letter parade, and ANOTHER lost tooth!

Miss Josie is officially 4.5 years old now! She is growing so fast. She recently had pajama day at school and a Letter Parade. Her letter was "K".  She had to decorate a headband for the parade.
In her pj's...ready for the day!
They had pancakes and popcorn too!
Josie was the line leader for the letter parade!
My class had pajama day too!
On Thursday evening, after bath (Jan 23), Josie's 2nd tooth came out! What??? This girl is growing!
Of course... she got a dollar from the tooth fairy! (The tooth fairy has to visit my bedroom instead of hers though...)
Grandma and Pa took her to the dollar store and she chose a blue bath mermaid!
And this is just a cute picture of Jilly and me...we had a shopping day over the break and we had a blast! She is a good shopping buddy!

New Year's Eve

Since we had just returned from our trip, we didn't have a New Year's Eve party this year. We stayed home, did some fireworks outside and then went to sleep....I think the big girls did stay up in their rooms until midnight. Plus, it was hard to sleep with all the fireworks going off. But we made it to 2020!! Happy New Year! (Not the best pictures, but here ya go!)

Gaylord Texan day 3 and 4

The next morning we all wore matching shirts (Thanks for Aunt Dar) and were ready for a day of more fun!
First up: ICE
We all got coats to wear on top of our coats.
It was sooooo cold! Almost too hard to handle for me. The kids loved the ice slides though and didn't seem as bothered by the cold.

Josie was scared at first, but once she did it once, she wanted to do it again and again.
Look at her cute reactions!
 Pure joy!

 Ice nativity
Whew! I was actually glad to leave the cold and thaw out!
We tried to get pictures of all the kids, but it was proving to be rather difficult!
 Heading to lunch
We ate inside the Gaylord at a very yummy buffet!
We had a little time to kill before our next events, so the girls went to Build a Bear and had fun!
 Josie's first time!
All done! You are never too old to have a stuffed animal, right?
Uncle Lee let the kids ride on his electric wheelchair. (He recently had hip replacement surgery)
Finally it was time! The little kids went to have cookies and milk with Mrs. Claus. Too cute!
 She looks sleepy
 It was an adorable show.
Meanwhile, the big kids were going on a hotel scavenger hunt with Aunt Dar.

After all the fun, it was time for everyone else to leave and go back home.
 Ledger couldn't make it...sweet baby
We went back to our hotel room and the kids crashed!
They woke up and we went to dinner and then watched movies back at the hotel. The next morning, we packed up and headed to PaPa and YaYa's house!
 More Christmas fun!
We played "Left, Right, Center" and I bet you can tell who won from the pictures!!!
 Look at that reaction!!
 Counting her money! :)

The next morning PaPa woke up the girls and YaYa fixed them pancakes and bacon.
Then we hit the road. Josie did great the whole trip. She kept herself busy coloring and drawing.

What an amazing trip!
