Happy 10th birthday!

Well, my twinkies have officially hit double digits. Wow.

Kennedy loves to draw and paint...well, anything to do with art. :) She does such an amazing job and even has had her work displayed at the Sugar Land Children's Museum. She does a great job at the piano too...it seems to come easily for her. She loves to read also. Her favorite food is pizza and her favorite color is pink. She is very responsible and such a big help with the baby. Love our Kennedy!

Kaitlyn loves to write! She writes stories all the time and even has a book that she wrote in our school library! She is quite talented! I love her imagination.  Kaitlyn also enjoys art and piano. Piano also comes easy to her.  She is a reading machine too! Kaitlyn likes things "just so" in her room, which is sometimes difficult when you share a room. Her favorite color is purple and her favorite food is "Grandma's roast with rice and gravy".  Love our KK!

For their birthday, they wanted bunk beds/new furniture. I found someone who was selling a cute set and the girls love it!

Their beds
Kennedy loves and top and Kaitlyn prefers the bottom. Perfect. :)

On the morning of their birthday we sang to them and they got cinnamon muffins.
Then, they had a quick wellness check up and then their friends Hope and Scotlyn came over to play for the day.

 First up....swimming!

Grandma got Jo Jo a little boat!
 Floating in the pool.
They had pizza for lunch and then Grandma and Pa took the girls out for cupcakes at a nearby cupcake shop.
So many choices and such hard decisions. Yum!
 They all got different ones
After cupcakes the girls played lots of games...one of which was Pie Face!

Kaitlyn was such a good sport. She hates things that are sticky, gooey, slimy or messy. And this definitely fit in those categories.
Hope

Their friends left around 4:00, but it was such a fun day/birthday for them. Love my 10 year olds.
