Tony's ASL kids threw us a shower last night! We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and had a blast! Kennedy and Kaitlyn had fun entertaining everyone with cheers and songs. We are all getting excited about Jillian's arrival. I'm 8 months now!! Only 7 weeks to go!

Happy Easter! We had a great day! The girls went to "big church" with us for Easter service and did wonderful. This was their second time to sit with us during church. One of our friends gave the girls suckers after church was over....they loved it! After service, our church had fun activities for the kids in the gym so we all enjoyed that as well.
We headed over to my parents for a wonderful Easter lunch and we just spent the rest of the day with family. Happy Easter!
We have the coolest cul-de-sac! Our neighbors decided to have an Easter egg hunt for the kids today. We all contributed some candy/toy filled eggs and the kids went to town! The girls had a great time and had no problem catching on. Kennedy was fast! She must have a little bit of her mommy's competitiveness in her! :)
Tony and I went to our school's "Groovy Gala" this past Friday at the Sugar Land Marriott. We had a great time and the best part was that we got to dress the part! On Saturday, the girls wanted to try on daddy's "hair" so we got cute pics of that too! I'm almost 7 1/2 months pregnant now! The time is going fast! Little Jillian will be here June 10. They scheduled my c-section for 7:30am!

The girls have been sick for the past 2 weeks, so on Friday we decided to take them to the zoo. They haven't been able to do anything fun over spring break (and neither have we!) so we thought this would be a nice treat for them. Matt and Leigh Fox and their little girl came too. We got there when it opened and for the most part everything went well. The animals were out and the girls enjoyed themselves. However, they must have started feeling bad again because they "hit a wall" and it all went downhill from there....we had to leave a bit earlier than expected. They were just a little too tired for all of that adventure and excitement. Oh well. At least we got some good pictures. (Kennedy-pink, Kaitlyn- purple)
This picture cracks me up! Tony loves to sit with the girls in his office and watch videos on the computer! Well, his chair hasn't held up very well and now it won't sit up correctly.....in fact, it lays all the way back! Even when no one sits in the chair it looks like this!
We had a fun and not so fun Valentines day yesterday. The fun part was we had company in town (Aunt Dar and Uncle Lee from Springtown)! We also had a BIG valentine breakfast and the girls got little valentine surprises! The not so fun part was that little Kaitlyn was not feeling well....she had a hard night and morning. We took her to the dr. and bless her heart..she had a double ear infection. We got lots of meds for her and she took a 4 hour nap (I actually had to wake her up at 4:30!) She woke up a lot happier and feeling better. They wanted to play dress up and show off for Aunt Dar and Uncle Lee. We ended up having a great evening together! Happy Valentine's Day!
The weather has been awesome!! Kaitlyn and Kennedy played outside for a long time today and had a great time! I'm ready for spring already! (Kennedy is in the first 2 pics and Kaitlyn is in the last 2.)

We just wanted to share our good news!! We are excited! I guess I will need to get out Kennedy and Kaitlyn's baby clothes and start going through them! Thanks for voting!! Everything looked good and she looked like a happy little girl!
Well...the day is almost here....the day we find out if we are having a little boy or a little girl!! I can't wait until Thurs. I will be 20 weeks! Yipee!! Half way there! Our appointment is at 2:30 that day so be looking for a blog post soon!! Meanwhile...anyone want to guess what we are having? Hop over to our poll (on the right side of the blog) and vote!!
I went in for my 16 week appt yesterday and everything looks great! We got to listen to the baby's heartbeat (146) and we talked the dr into doing an ultrasound to see if we could find out the gender. He let us have one, but the baby didn't cooperate with us! So...we will go back in 4 weeks and hopefully we will be able to tell. Here is the latest picture....I know it's hard to tell. The baby is looking directly at us. On the screen it was cute...the baby opened his/her mouth and looked right at us! Ultrasounds are so fun!
Our good friends came over New Year's Eve and helped us "ring in the New Year". We watched some fireworks and the girls each got to hold sparklers! They loved them! Kennedy loved the lights and sounds, but Kaitlyn was pretty scared of it all. Poor thing. Happy New Year!
