Happy Birthday Uncle Chris!

My brother turned 34 a couple of days ago and we celebrated his birthday last night. My sis in law fixed an awesome meal and we had a fun time just getting together! I didn't do a good job taking pictures this time....but the twins had fun with their cousin Cooper and I did manage to get one with him in it!

Kennedy and Kaitlyn ask often to hold their little sister! They love giving her her paci, blanket and toys and helping me change her diaper, clothes and bows!

The doctor is in...

Kennedy and Kaitlyn got doctor kits from their Aunt Darlene and Uncle Lee and have had so much fun taking our temp, checking our ears, and listening to our heart!

Jillian is smiling all the time now. It just brightens our day! She is such a good baby and we are enjoying every second with her! I can't believe she is 6 weeks old now!

Family Fun

Yesterday evening my mom and dad treated all of us to a pizza night! My brother and sister in law, Chris and Jenn, along with Cooper, came over to enjoy it too! After the yummy pizza, salad and brownies, all the kiddos played in the pool! They had lots of fun together!

1 month old

Jillian is one month old today! She went for her check up today and she weighed in at 9 lbs 1 oz (50th percentile) and 21 in long!(50th percentile) She is growing so fast and really becoming more aware and alert. Tony and I are anxiously waiting to see her first smile! It should be coming soon! I love that we get to go through all those "firsts" again.

Happy 3rd birthday, Kennedy and Kaitlyn!

Yesterday was Kennedy and Kaitlyn's birthday! I can't believe that my twinkies are 3 years old! We spent the day with my mom and dad and they showered them with gifts and cupcakes! Their favorite gift was, by far, the toy cameras that they gave them. They played with those all day long! After all the presents and lunch, the girls went to the doctor for their 3 year check up. All is well, except Kennedy's asthma is flaring up. She got some new meds for that. We came home for some yummy hamburgers (thanks to our friend Leigh!) and some fun in the pool in the front yard! It was a fantastic day! Happy Birthday sweet girls! We love you so much!

Happy 4th of July!

We had a fun evening with our neighbors. We ate hot dogs and the kids played in the sprinkler. As it got dark they had fun with fireworks.....especially the sparklers! Jillian slept through her first Fourth of July!

3 weeks old

Sweet Jillian is 3 weeks old...she is becoming more alert every day. She loves her swing and sometimes enjoys her bouncy seat. Of course, she loves being held. She is a really good baby and overall, the nights are going well. The twins do love their little sister, but I still think they would prefer if their world were back the way it was. (before baby). I know as Jillian grows and changes they will have loads of fun with her. Tony and I are loving having this sweet little girl with us!
