Well, we tried the baby pool in the backyard yesterday...they hated it! Screamed and cried...
Today we tried the BIG neighborhood pool. We brought their little blow up bloats that they can sit in....
nope...screamed and cried again. Clung to me for dear life. Kennedy would gladly sit in her boat on the concrete though. I should have brought my camera with me to get that pic...
Oh well. We will keep trying. They did look super cute in their swimsuits though. :)

That's too funny! They'll get over it soon. My seem to have no fear of the water - don't know which is better!
I am sure that the girls will like water eventually. Do they like bathtime? Maybe it is temperature of the outdoor water they don't like. I am sure your wee girls can sign. We were going to tech Abby signing but there were no classes where we are and since we don't know it ourselves it was a real struggle. When we found the reading system it seemed like a good thing to try. If you are interested in the reading system we are using it is called Your baby can read. If you google it you should find the web site. It is an american prof (Dr Robert Titzer) who put the system (DVD, etc) together for his daughters.
